The Mystic Pearl has become one of my favorite wines. it’s well balanced with hints of chocolate, oak, and dark fruit. I would definitely recommend this elegant wine. First time I tried this at my friends home. Wow! The best Cabernet I’ve ever had. I’ve tried many. It’s dark juicy sweet but not overly sweet.

Pleasurable cab sav at peak. Smooth, flavorful, minimum tanins on finish. Serve with properly a prepared filet. Will complement and not overpower the meal…i.e., good quality, pleasant red. Not big/bold to pair w chocolate. Buy to drink now.
